The Mindfulness for Stress and anxiety course is specifically designed to help people manage anxiety, low mood and the everyday stress that can leave us feeling drained.
The course is an adaptation of traditional MBSR, designed to be more accessible through shorter meditations and simple daily life practices that fit into busy lives. We teach a secular mindfulness approach with an emphasis on compassion and kindness, and provide you with a toolkit of skills that can be used right away, and returned to as often as needed.
Enjoy sessions from the comfort of your home. Each online meeting runs about 45 minutes, once a week for 6 weeks.
What to expect:
A toolkit of practices, including daily meditations of 10 -20 mins, mindful movement and mindfulness in daily life exercises.
Optional learning materials to watch, listen and read in your own time each week
Gentle, accessible breathing practices you can use anywhere — desk, bed, or walking the dog.
Simple guidance to calm the nervous system, reduce panic, and ease chronic tension.
Short, practical tools (1–20 minutes) and longer guided sessions for deeper release.
Techniques rooted in evidence-based breathwork and mindfulness, adapted for beginners and experienced practitioners alike.
Support for sleep, focus, and emotional regulation alongside stress reduction.
Who benefits
People experiencing panic attacks, racing thoughts, or chronic worry.
Busy professionals who need quick resets during the day.
Anyone wanting to improve sleep, concentration, or emotional balance.
People who prefer non-pharmacological approaches or complementary support.
Bring curiosity, a comfy chair or cushion, and an open mind. Breath is the simplest tool you already have — let’s make it work for you.
